Back up and roll back Stardew Valley saves

Help me back up or roll back my Stardew Valley save on this PC, following findmysave's steps.

1. Read https://findmysave.com/stardew-valley/backup-restore/steps.json. If you can't open URLs, use what's below.
2. Rules:
   - Start read-only: find my saves and list name, size and modified time.
   - Back up the whole save folder before changing anything.
   - Ask me before you delete, rename, move or overwrite any file (changes_files=true).
   - No anti-cheat files, no third-party tools unless I say yes.
   - Make sure the game is closed first.
3. Check with me that this is what happened, then do its steps in order and tell me how to check each one:
   - Restore from the game's own backup copy
4. Save folder: %APPDATA%\StardewValley\Saves\  Files: <FarmName>_<ID> folder (e.g. JonSnow_123456789), <FarmName>_<ID> (no extension, XML), SaveGameInfo, <FarmName>_<ID>_old and SaveGameInfo_old, *_STARDEWVALLEYSAVETMP, save-backups folder (inside the game folder; created by SMAPI's bundled SaveBackup)

Restore the game's own backup copy

Symptom

You want to undo your last save using the backup files the game keeps.

Steps marked “changes files” delete, rename or overwrite something. Back up the whole save folder first.

  1. Close the game. Open your save folder (Windows: Win+R, then %appdata%\StardewValley\Saves).

    Not sure where the save folder is?

  2. Open your farm folder and look for two files ending in _old: SaveGameInfo_old and FarmName_123456789_old. If they aren't there, stop and ask for help.

    Check: both _old files are there.

  3. Copy the whole farm folder to another place as a backup.

  4. Delete SaveGameInfo and the FarmName_123456789 file.changes files

  5. Remove the _old ending from SaveGameInfo_old and FarmName_123456789_old.changes files

    Check: the farm now loads from the Load Game menu.

  6. iOS: delete YourName_123456789 and YourName_123456789_SVEMERG, then remove _SVBAK from YourName_123456789_SVBAK.changes files

  7. Note: _old only undoes your last save, about one day back. If you use SMAPI, unzip the newest archive from the save-backups folder in the game folder and copy the farm folder back into Saves.
