Back up and roll back Enshrouded saves

Help me back up or roll back my Enshrouded save on this PC, following findmysave's steps.

1. Read https://findmysave.com/enshrouded/backup-restore/steps.json. If you can't open URLs, use what's below.
2. Rules:
   - Start read-only: find my saves and list name, size and modified time.
   - Back up the whole save folder before changing anything.
   - Ask me before you delete, rename, move or overwrite any file (changes_files=true).
   - No anti-cheat files, no third-party tools unless I say yes.
   - Make sure the game is closed first.

Restore from the game's own backup copy

Symptom

You want to roll a world back to one of the game's automatic copies.

Steps marked “changes files” delete, rename or overwrite something. Back up the whole save folder first.

  1. Close the game (or stop the server) and copy the whole save folder first.

    Not sure where the save folder is?

  2. The game keeps numbered copies of each world (the world ID plus a suffix from -1 to -9) and a -index file. Mixing files from different dates can break the world, so restore complete sets.changes files

  3. Move the current world file aside. Rename the matching backup by removing its suffix. Start the game and check the world.changes files

    Check: The world loads with the older progress.

  4. We found no official in-game restore button.changes files
